All services provided by Metaloespo may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in any country, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to material protected by copyright, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and defend the Metaloespo from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Prohibitions

Sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be detrimental to Metaloespo servers, or any other server on the Internet.

Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Metaloespo is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all accounts. If you violate the Terms of Use outlined within, your account will be canceled without the possibility of refund.

Service Denial

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Metaloespo shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from Metaloespo server. Furthermore, Metaloespo will not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages arising from the corruption or deletion of any web site from the server Metaloespo.

Violation

Any violation of use in accordance with these policies should be referred to geral@metaloespo.pt. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Metaloespo reserves the right to change any or all policies or guidelines above, without notification. Also retains the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notice.
